Anne-Laurène Harmel

Anne-Laurène Harmel has a diverse work experience. Anne-Laurène is currently the Co-founder and CTO at Vesto, a position they have held since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a web developer freelancer at Murfy from October 2019 to March 2020. From July 2018 to December 2018, Anne-Laurène worked as a web development intern at Murfy, where they gained experience in full-stack web development using React/Redux, HTML/CSS, and Python with Django. At Murfy, they also had the opportunity to work in a startup environment and gained knowledge in agile methodologies and various aspects of entrepreneurship. Before their roles at Murfy, Anne-Laurène worked as a Restaurant Manager at WEI CentraleSupélec from November 2016 to January 2018. Anne-Laurène also had brief experiences as a Quality Control Operator at Sarenza in June 2017. Anne-Laurène's work experience also includes observational internships at Merial, where they observed the research and development of animal vaccines, and at BERIM, where they observed the implementation of waste management systems. Additionally, they had a week-long observational internship at Valeo, where they gained insights into different departments within the company, including R&D, marketing, HR, and production.

Anne-Laurène Harmel's education history begins with their completion of a Baccalauréat degree in Sciences with a specialization in Mathematics at Lycée Montalembert in 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they attended Lycée Sainte-Geneviève, focusing on Mathematics and Physics. In 2016, they enrolled at CentraleSupélec, where they pursued a degree in General Engineering with a specialization in Computer Science and Entrepreneurship, completing it in 2020. During their time at CentraleSupélec, they also participated in a non-graduating exchange semester at Nanyang Technological University Singapore in 2018, studying Computer Sciences, Corporate Resource Planning, and Sustainable Development.
