Pascal Matter, CIIA

Pascal Matter, CIIA has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Pascal is currently serving as the VP of Finance at vestr, a position they began in August 2021. Prior to this, Pascal worked at KPMG Switzerland, where they held the role of Manager in the Deal Advisory, Financial Services department from October 2018 to February 2021. Before that, they served as an Assistant Manager in the same department from February 2016 to September 2018.

Pascal also has experience in the insurance industry. Pascal worked at Nationale Suisse Group / Helvetia Insurance as an M&A Project Manager from May 2013 to December 2015. Prior to that, they held the position of M&A Junior Project Manager at Nationale Suisse Group from February 2011 to April 2013. Pascal began their professional career as an M&A Intern at Nationale Suisse Insurance from March 2010 to January 2011.

Pascal Matter, CIIA, holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Business Administration from the Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg, which they obtained between 2007 and 2010. In 2012 and 2013, they pursued further education at AZEK - The Swiss Training Centre for Investment Professionals and obtained the Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA) degree and the Eidg. Diplom des Finanzanalytikers und Vermögensverwalters. In addition, they briefly studied at Jönköping University in 2008. Pascal Matter had previously completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration from the Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg, which they obtained between 2004 and 2007.
