Melanie Tekirian

Melanie Tekirian has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Melanie'smost recent position is as the VP, Enterprise Relationship Manager at Vestwell, where they started in 2020. Prior to this, they worked at The Athene Group as the Senior Vice President, Implementation Services from 2018 to 2019 and as the Vice President of Solutions Consulting from 2017 to 2018. Melanie Tekirian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elliot School of International Affairs from The George Washington University, which they obtained from 1987 to 1991. Melanie also completed a Master of Science degree in Information Systems Management from Stevens Institute of Technology between 2000 and 2003. In addition, they participated in several study abroad programs, including one at Kansai Gaidai University where they studied Japanese Language, History, Religion & Culture in 1989 and one at Université de Caen Normandie where they focused on French Language & Culture in 1986. Melanie also attended the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International for a summer program on Intensive Japanese in 1990. Furthermore, they obtained certifications such as the Retirement Plan Fundamentals Certificate Course from A-ARA Education in 2023 and completed the SIFMA Securities Industry Institute in 2004 at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
