Joydip Banerjee has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Joydip started their career in 2006 as an Executive HR at Future Group India. From there, they moved on to TIL Limited, where they worked as an Executive KRM and later as an Assistant Manager KRM. In 2010, they joined Simplex Infrastructures Ltd. as an Assistant Manager HR.

In 2011, Joydip joined Vesuvius and held various positions including Assistant Manager HR, Manager HR, and Head HR for Sales Site Locations.
