Vincent Boisdequin

Vincent Boisdequin has a diverse work experience, starting in 1995 with ArcelorMittal as a Continuous Casting Automation Engineer. Vincent then worked at International Industrial Engineering (IIE - TCD Group) as an R&D Engineer from 1996 to 1998. Vincent joined Vesuvius in 1998 and held various roles, including Flow Control Systems R&D Engineer, Flow Control Systems R&D Manager, Flow Control Systems Technical Director, and Flow Control M&T Systems Director. In their most recent role at Vesuvius, they served as the VP of Marketing & Technology. Throughout their career, Vincent has demonstrated expertise in managing teams, driving new product development, optimizing engineering efficiency, and integrating acquired companies. Vincent has also successfully launched new products and departments, including a Mechatronic department and a material modeling and characterization department.

Vincent Boisdequin holds a Master's degree in Mechanics & Automation from Faculté Polytechnique de Mons, which they obtained from 1991 to 1995. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Physics from UMONS, from 1989 to 1991. Vincent has also completed various programs at INSEAD, including the ASCENT - Vesuvius program in 2018, the Pulse - Vesuvius Program in 2011, and the Boost - Vesuvius Program in 2009. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Driving Value Through Business Acumen from INSEAD Executive Education in 2017, Dive Master from PADI in 2015, and Management from Krauthammer in 2001.
