Vincent Boisdequin has a diverse work experience, starting in 1995 with ArcelorMittal as a Continuous Casting Automation Engineer. Vincent then worked at International Industrial Engineering (IIE - TCD Group) as an R&D Engineer from 1996 to 1998. Vincent joined Vesuvius in 1998 and held various roles, including Flow Control Systems R&D Engineer, Flow Control Systems R&D Manager, Flow Control Systems Technical Director, and Flow Control M&T Systems Director. In their most recent role at Vesuvius, they served as the VP of Marketing & Technology. Throughout their career, Vincent has demonstrated expertise in managing teams, driving new product development, optimizing engineering efficiency, and integrating acquired companies. Vincent has also successfully launched new products and departments, including a Mechatronic department and a material modeling and characterization department.
