Matt Dillon serves as Regulatory Compliance Counsel at VeSync, focusing on regulatory compliance, marketing, and employment matters since January 2025. Previously, Matt was Senior Legal Counsel at West Coast Cure, overseeing licensing and regulatory efforts from May 2020 to January 2025. Matt also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Ghost Gaming, where the esports organization achieved over $4 million in annual revenue and managed various legal and operational functions. As Founding Partner and General Counsel at Agency for Professional eSports, Matt negotiated multiple high-profile contracts with major companies in the gaming industry. Earlier experience includes establishing an esports law practice at Gatzke Dillon & Ballance LLP and support roles with the Los Angeles Dodgers and Boston Red Sox. Matt holds a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School and Southwestern Law School, as well as a BA in Geography/Environmental Studies from UCLA.
