Ashley Faille Horwood has had a varied work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Medical Knowledge Editor at Veta Health, where they are in charge of their remote-first care model. In 2020, they were a Community Manager at Colorimetrix GmbH and a Content Marketing and Social Media Specialist at Medinet. From 2018-2020, they were a General Dentist at Clínica Odontológica Monteblanco and Clínica Dental Cumbre S.A. In 2017, they were a Dental Surgery Professor at Universidad Nacional Andrés Bello, and in 2018 they were a Substitute E.R. Dentist at Hospital Carlos Van Buren, where they treated and resolved dental and maxillofacial emergencies.

Ashley Faille Horwood has a Dentistry Degree from Universidad Andres Bello, obtained between 2010 and 2015. In 2016, they completed a Diploma in Basic Implantology from Universidad de Valparaíso. In 2017, they attended a Dental Emergency Course at Barros Luco Trudeau Hospital, as well as the VIII Curso Actualización en Traumatología Maxilo facial 2017 at Instituto Traumatológico Dr. Teodoro Gebauer. Most recently, in 2020, they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute.
