Ricky L.

Ricky L. has extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology. Ricky started their career as an IT Developer at Powerdirect in 2003 and later progressed to the roles of Lead IT Developer and IT Development Manager. Ricky then became an IT Solutions Delivery Manager, responsible for project management of all approved IT projects at Powerdirect. Ricky also served as an IT Manager, where they managed a team of IT experts and external vendors. Ricky also worked at AGL Energy as a SMO - Problem and Incident Manager, overseeing the IT Problem & Incident Management process and participating in the Service Governance Board. Ricky later took on the role of PDM - Solutions Lead, analyzing data migration requirements and managing risks for the Powerdirect SAP solution project. Currently, Ricky is the Head of Information Technology at VETASSESS.

Ricky L. obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Swinburne University of Technology, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended Glen Waverley Secondary Collage, although the duration and field of study are unknown.
