Datesh Kshatriya has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Datesh currently serves as the CFO at Elevation Capital. Prior to this, they held the role of COO/CFO at VETCBD and served as the CEO at Arya Financial, where they focused on fundraising, partnerships, and growth consulting. Datesh also worked as an advisor at The Winston Box and as CFO at K18 Hair. Datesh gained experience as CFO at Confidential Private Equity/Venture Capital Fund and Nutshell WiFi. Additionally, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Samuelsen, Gonzalez, Valenzuela & Brown LLP. Datesh has also held significant positions in startups, including ZipEdTech, where they served as Vice President and Head of Operations & Finance, and Firelight Infrastructure Partners, where they were a Senior Manager in the private equity division. Throughout their career, they have shown their expertise in financial management, operations, business development, and leadership.

Datesh Kshatriya holds a CPA, CA degree from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. Datesh also earned a Bachelor of Administrative Studies (BAS) degree with a specialization in Accounting from York University. In addition to their degrees, they have certifications as a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Professional Accountant, both obtained from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
