Cayce De Yong began their work experience in 2013 as a Gallery/Office Assistant at the Canton Museum of Art. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Project Assistant/Admin at RORE Inc. In 2015, they worked as a Quality Control Specialist at ResCare Workforce Services and also as an Art Instructor at The Michaels Companies, Inc. In 2016, they served as a Construction Assistant at EMCOR Group, Inc. Starting in 2017, Cayce held multiple roles simultaneously. Cayce worked as a Project Administrator at Montbleau & Associates from July 2017 to February 2018. Additionally, they served as an Acrylic Painting Instructor at San Diego Oasis from January 2017 to November 2019. During the same period, they were an Interim Director of Visual Arts at Art Unites from November 2017 to January 2018. Cayce also founded and owned Hanalei Artworks from October 2015 to the present. In 2018, they joined Veteran Benefits Guide as a Senior Administrative Assistant, then became an Administrative Services Manager from June 2020 to July 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Project Manager at the same company, starting in July 2022.
