Stephen Anstey

Stephen Anstey has extensive experience in financial management and strategic costing. Stephen worked at Veterans Affairs Canada / Anciens Combattants Canada as the A/ Director of Corporate Finance and previously held the role of Manager - Strategic Costing and Data Analytics. Prior to that, they worked at Statistics Canada in various roles, including Financial Management Advisor, Finance Chief - Business Transformation, and Finance Chief - Systems and Salary Management.

Stephen Anstey obtained a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Prince Edward Island in the years 1999-2003. In 2006, they obtained a certification as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada).
