Jim McNabb

Jim McNabb is the Owner and Chief Strategy Officer of Veterans Career Group since May 2023 and has been the CEO of McNabb Consulting LLC, specializing in M&A consulting, since April 2019. Previously, Jim served as President of Staffing Technologies from April 1994 to June 2019. Jim's involvement in community service includes being a Board Member for YMCA from 2013 to January 2018 and for Boy Scouts of America from 2005 to 2006, along with volunteering for Habitat for Humanity International from 2012 to January 2016. Jim also contributed as a member of TechServe Alliance from 1996 to 2001 and held management roles at TSG and Talent Tree earlier in the career. Jim earned a Business degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, between 1978 and 1982.
