Justin Gross

Justin Gross has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Justin started their career as an Assistant Golf Professional/Outside Services Manager at San Diego Country Club in 2002. In this role, they managed a team of employees and oversaw the facilities and equipment while maintaining a budget. Justin also provided exceptional customer service to high-end clients.

After eight years in the golf industry, Justin moved to Pacific Debt Inc in 2010. Justin started as a Senior Account Manager, working closely with law firms, collection agencies, and banks to negotiate settlements on outstanding unsecured debt. Justin excelled in this role, consistently earning the highest ratings in client surveys. Justin was then promoted to the position of Legal Accounts Manager, where they successfully handled accounts with pending litigation and significantly increased monthly revenue for these accounts.

In 2012, Justin transitioned to Veterans First Mortgage as the VP Area Sales Manager. In this position, they were responsible for consumer direct mortgage origination on a national level, specializing in VA financing. Their primary role involved recruiting and developing talented Loan Officers. Justin managed multiple teams of Loan Officers who were directly supervised by Branch Managers.

Throughout their career, Justin has demonstrated strong leadership, exceptional customer service skills, and a proven track record in generating revenue and managing teams.

Justin Gross earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from San Diego State University, where they studied from 2005 to 2008.
