Fred Philipp has extensive experience in military logistics and public health preparedness, with a career spanning over two decades in the US Army and civil service. Currently serving as Claims Team Quality Control and VA Claim Consultant at Veterans Guardian, Fred focuses on assisting veterans in obtaining their entitled VA disability benefits. Previously, Fred held significant roles within the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services and various positions in the Army, including Logistics Officer and Plans Officer, where responsibilities included logistical planning for military deployments and managing resources in conflict zones. Fred's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, a Master's Degree in Business and Organizational Security Management, and completion of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.

We understand that military service can have significant and lasting impacts on a veteran's physical and mental health. Our team partners with veterans to identify possible service connected conditions, investigate medical and lay-evidence, develop a claim strategy and provide the information and education needed to support a disability claim - because having the physical or mental conditions is only half the battle.
