Ben Stahl, DSc. has extensive work experience in both the Veterans Leadership Program and the US Navy. In the Veterans Leadership Program, they held multiple roles, starting as the Accreditation & Compliance Manager from September 2013 to May 2015. Ben then became the Director of Programs & Operations from May 2015 to May 2016. Finally, they served as the Chief Executive Officer from April 2016 onwards. Prior to their work in the Veterans Leadership Program, Ben Stahl worked in the US Navy. Ben started as the Lead Technician (Work Center Supervisor) from December 2002 to June 2005. Ben then served as the Lead Manager (Lead Petty Officer) from June 2005 to December 2007. Lastly, they were the Program Manager (Shop Master) from December 2007 to January 2010.

Ben Stahl, DSc. obtained their Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) degree in Information Systems and Communications from Robert Morris University, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Leadership in 2013, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) magna cum laude degree in Social Sciences: History and Government from the same university, studying from 2010 to 2013. Before their university education, they completed their high school studies at Pittsburgh Central Catholic High School from 1992 to 1996.
