Rani Irish

Rani Irish has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Rani began their career as a Security Guard at AlliedBarton Security Services in 2000 and later worked as a Customer Service Representative at Old Navy. In 2001, Rani served as an Assistant Group Supervisor at Allegheny Childcare Academy, providing care and education to children. Rani then returned to AlliedBarton Security Services as a Security Guard from 2000 to 2001.

Rani joined the U.S. Army as a Supply Clerk in 2006, where they were responsible for receiving, inspecting, and inventorying supplies and equipment. Following their military service, they worked as a Housekeeper Aid Leader and Supply Technician at VA Hospital University DR, specializing in cleaning, sanitation tasks, and inventory management.

In 2013, Rani transitioned to VA Hospital as the Ward Supervisor of Hero's Hall, managing daily activities and overseeing personnel. Rani utilized their leadership and communication skills in this role. In 2016, they moved to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as a Program Support Assistant, primarily focused on customer service and communication.

Currently, Rani is employed at Veterans Leadership Program since 2023, working in the Project Journey/Women's GPD division in Pittsburgh. Despite the incomplete end dates, Rani's work experience demonstrates their expertise in customer service, communication, leadership, and inventory management.

Rani Irish began their education journey in 2003 at Duff's Business Institute, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management. Rani then pursued their interest in massage therapy at the Western School of Health and Business, earning a certification in Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage in 2006. In 2010, Rani enrolled in Point Park University and completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 2012. Building upon this foundation, they further expanded their knowledge in the field by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Health Systems Management at Point Park University from 2014 to 2016.
