Jacqueline Raceles has extensive work experience in clinical research coordination. Jacqueline started their career in 2007 at the San Diego Va Health Care Syst as a Clinical Research Coordinator, where they managed and oversaw the development of clinical trial protocols. Jacqueline was responsible for the protocol review and approval process to regulatory agencies and ensured that all clinical aspects of studies were carried out in accordance with state and federal regulations. Jacqueline also identified and reported any problems or issues related to the studies.
In 2021, they joined the Veterans Medical Research Foundation as a Clinical Trials Center Manager. In this role, they are responsible for managing study start-up, overseeing daily operations of research projects, consenting patients, and managing patients under the study protocol. Jacqueline meets with the Principal Investigator regularly to provide updates on project progress and establishes written protocols for all research activities.
Jacqueline Raceles earned their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from California State University San Marcos between the years 2000 and 2004.
