Laura Baxter

Laura Baxter has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Laura started their career at Northgate Care Center as a Licensed Practical Nurse in 2005 and later became a Registered Nurse and then the Director of Nursing. In 2014, they joined Logistics Health Incorporated as a Quality Assurance Review Nurse and then became a Clinical Operations Supervisor. In 2017, they transitioned to Gundersen Health System, where they worked as a Clinical Manager for both Internal Medicine and Neurosciences. Finally, in 2021, they became the Clinic Director at Veterans Memorial Hospital.

Laura Baxter completed their education with an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Northeast Iowa Community College in 2006. Laura later pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse at Chamberlain University from 2012 to 2014. Laura recently obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Western Governors University in 2022.
