Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW)
Dawn Napier has a vast experience in various leadership roles within the Veterans of Foreign Wars organization, including Chief of Staff, Quartermaster, Past State Commander, State Sr. Vice Commander, State Surgeon, District Commander, and National Legislative Committee Member. Dawn has also served as Commander at VFW Post 9561 and held executive positions at Klamath Trinity Non-Emergency Transportation. In addition, Dawn has contributed to the VFW Department of California in different roles such as State Jr. Vice Commander, Member of Board of Financial Review, and Women Veterans Chair. Prior to their work with VFW, Dawn served in the US Navy as a Radioman Senior Chief and worked as a Realty Specialist at the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Dawn graduated from Eureka Senior High School.
