James Raymer, P.E. currently holds the position of Post Quartermaster at the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) since July 2021. With a background in military service and engineering, James has served in various leadership roles including Commander at the 20th Engineer Battalion and Commandant at the U.S. Army Engineer School. James is an experienced Project Engineer at Foremost Paving, Inc. and has a strong educational background with degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Military Operational Art and Science, General Studies, Latin American Integration and Development, and Spanish language.
