Jill Dickneite has extensive experience in the mortgage and insurance industries, currently serving as a Quality Control Auditor at Veterans United Home Loans since April 2015, where responsibilities have included training new wire specialists and managing file systems for the wire team. Previous roles at the same company include Post Closing Manager, Wire Team Lead, and Senior Wire Specialist, among others. Prior to Veterans United, Jill worked as a Consumer Complaint Specialist I at the Missouri Department of Insurance, Financial Institutions & Professional Registration from April 2014 to March 2015, investigating consumer complaints against insurance companies. Jill's career began at State Farm, where, from February 2006 to April 2014, evaluation and negotiation of property damage claims were key responsibilities for multiple states. Jill holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Central Methodist University, earned between 2002 and 2006.
