Sarah Schwentker

Sarah Schwentker, SHRM-CP has worked at Veterans United Home Loans since 2015. Sarah'sroles at the company include Benefits Team Lead, Human Resources Analyst, Benefits Specialist, and Human Resources Information System Specialist. In these positions, they served as a subject matter expert in Workday Absence configuration, maintained and evolved time off and leave of absence plans, assisted with the implementation of a new HRIS, and managed HRIS system administration and benefits support. Prior to their time at Veterans United, Sarah worked as a Loan Specialist. Additionally, since 2019, they have also worked as a Volleyball Coach at Columbia Public Schools, Performance Volleyball Club, and 417 Juniors Columbia Branch.

Sarah Schwentker, SHRM-CP, earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Columbia College. Sarah completed this program from 2012 to 2015. In December 2022, Sarah obtained their certification as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
