Becca Forbis

Becca Forbis currently serves as Senior Vice President of Field Operations at Veterinarian Partners since April 2025. Prior to this role, Becca held multiple positions at Banfield Pet Hospital, including Regional Vice President, Field Director, and Practice Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing multi-unit business operations and ensuring exceptional client service and patient care across several locations. In earlier roles, Becca worked as Member Services Department Head at Life Time Fitness, leading membership retention efforts and guest services, and held supervisory positions in aquatics management at The Lodge Des Peres and Turner Recreation Commission. Becca earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
