Dick Weller

Dick Weller is a project manager and biosecurity subject matter expert currently working with Veterinarians Without Borders. With experience in US Government contract research and a background in biomedical technologies, Dick has been involved in national security-related matters for over three decades. Prior to their current role, Dick served as a program manager and staff scientist at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.
