Trevor Daddona

Trevor Daddona is a seasoned professional with experience in strategic operations and military leadership. Currently serving as a Strategic Operations Manager at Veterinary Practice Partners since January 2025, Trevor previously held various leadership roles in the Minnesota National Guard, including Company Commander, Battalion Assistant Operations Officer, and Platoon Leader, from March 2021 to November 2023. Additionally, Trevor worked as an Associate at McKinsey & Company from July 2023 to January 2025 and served as a Mill Superintendent at ADM from May 2018 to July 2021. Trevor holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management (2021-2023) and a Bachelor of Science in Milling Science - Cereal Chemistry from Kansas State University (2014-2018).
