Prior to this, Jennifer worked at GBMC HealthCare from August 2015 to March 2019 as a Utilization Review Coordinator and Practice Account Specialist, where responsibilities included data analysis, departmental oversight, and implementing improvements in operations. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Towson University.
