With extensive experience at O-I as a Program and Project Manager with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, Riccardo contributed to various programs related to food safety management, productivity enhancement, and organizational changes. Career beginnings included roles as a Production Engineer at Plastal, where expertise in maintenance supervision and injection molding technology was developed. Riccardo's academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Psycho-Social Research from the Università degli Studi di Padova.
