Catherine Jacquiod possesses extensive experience in the materials science and engineering sectors, currently serving as Responsable Prescription et Vente Vitrages de Haute Sécurité at Vetrotech Saint-Gobain since March 2022. Previously, Catherine held the position of Responsable Prescription et Ventes SageGlass France-BeLux at SageGlass from June 2017 to May 2022. Catherine's prior roles include Chef de Projet Tissu Lumineux at Saint-Gobain Adfors, where responsibilities included the technical development and commercial launch of the ONIRYS luminous fabric, and various project management and R&D roles at Saint-Gobain Quartz, focusing on areas such as marketing for technical ceramics and product development for indoor air purification. Catherine began a postdoctoral research position at CNRS, Physique de la Matière Condensée, after earning a Doctorate in materials science from the University of Strasbourg and an engineering degree from Chimie ParisTech - PSL.
