Sian Noon

Sian Noon is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and partnerships recruitment, currently serving as the Partnerships Recruitment Manager at Vets for Pets since February 2024. Prior to this, Sian held several key roles at Vision Express from July 2019 to February 2024, including Talent Acquisition Manager and Lead Optical Engagement Partner. Sian began a career in recruitment at Page Personnel as a Consultant and Associate Consultant from May 2017 to June 2019, and worked as a Talent Sourcing Specialist for Rolling Stock and Rail at ATA Recruitment Ltd from August 2015 to May 2017. Sian's career began at Mothercare, where a five-year tenure as a Customer Service Advisor provided valuable experience in the retail sector. Sian holds a degree in Applied Criminology, Criminal Investigations from the University of Derby, awarded in 2015.
