Mark Hay

Mark Hay currently serves as the Application & Portfolio Manager and Technology Change Manager at Vets Now, a position held since December 2017. With a robust background in IT training and project management, Mark has previously worked as a Freelance IT trainer at E-Leet IT Training from January 2010 to December 2018, where Mark designed and delivered interactive training sessions. Mark also contributed to G2G3 as a Simulation Consultant, focusing on employee engagement for business transformations, and led IT and development functions at Invocas Group, where roles included Head of IT & Projects and IT Change Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as a Customer Care Trainer at Bright Grey, where Mark designed and delivered comprehensive training programs. Mark holds a BA (Hons) in Information Management from Abertay University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
