Paula Hertz

Paula Hertz is an accomplished supply chain management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain at Vetsource, Paula spearheaded the implementation of the Oracle Replenishment Planning module, significantly enhancing operational capacity. Previous positions include Director of Supply Chain Procurement Management at Ichor Systems, overseeing $870 million in annual spending and managing over 300 suppliers, and Director of Supply Chain at Johnstone Supply, where Paula managed inventory processes supporting over $3 billion in sales with a 98% fill rate. Paula’s tenure at Blount International involved several strategic roles, including Civray Supply Chain Manager in France, where significant improvements in customer fill rates and reductions in inventory and freight costs were achieved. Additionally, Paula has academic experience as an instructor at Portland State University, focusing on business forecasting. Paula holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Portland.
