Michael Buhrmann

Michael Buhrmann is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and venture capital. Currently serving as the Executive Chairman at Vettd since October 2014, Michael leads efforts in enhancing talent management through innovative AI solutions. Prior to this role, Michael was a founder and CEO of Finsphere Corp, where the company pioneered the use of mobile phones as identity proxies. Michael has held several leadership positions, including Chairman of the Board at both Balance Financial and Premier Payment Services, and has served on the Advisory Board of Summerhill Venture Partners. Michael's expertise extends to multiple board roles in various tech companies and industry associations, demonstrating a strong commitment to advancing the fields of finance and telecommunications. Michael holds a BASc in Electrical Engineering and furthered education at the Rotman School of Management.
