Claudia Roth

Claudia Roth has a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, with the majority of their work experience at Vetter Pharma. Claudia started their career at Vetter-Pharma Fertigung GmbH & Co. KG in 2000 as the Assistant Head of Manufacturing. Claudia then moved on to Vetter Pharma Fertigung in 2001, where they held the role of Director of Process Development and Implementation for almost a decade. In 2010, they joined Vetter Development Services USA Inc. as President until 2014. From 2015 to 2020, they served as the Vice President of Innovation Management at Vetter Pharma. Claudia then transitioned to the role of Executive Expert in Innovation & Change for Pharmaceutical Ecosystems from 2020 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of VP HR Education at Vetter Pharma.

Claudia Roth obtained a Doctor of Science degree in Pharmazeutische Technologie from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed their Diplom in Chemieingenieurwesen from the same institution, from 1990 to 1997.
