Dieter Schade

Dieter Schade has over 20 years of experience in human resources roles. Dieter began their career as a Human Resources Associate at RWE Telliance AG in 1996. Dieter then worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Bankhaus Sal. Oppenheim jr. Cie. KG aA from 1997-1998. From 1998-2001, they served as a Human Resources Specialist at ABUS Kransysteme GmbH. Dieter then transitioned to Director of Human Resources at Micromet AG from 2001-2005 and WaveLight AG from 2005-2007. Dieter was then appointed as Vice President of Human Resources at Cinemaxx from 2007-2008. Currently, they are the Vice President of Human Resources at Vetter Pharma-Fertigung GmbH & Co. KG since 2009.

Dieter Schade holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resources from the University of St.Gallen, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they received a Diplom Betriebswirt (FH) degree in Business Administration from AKAD University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000.
