Dr. Carolin Rether

Dr. Carolin Rether has a diverse work experience that spans both industry and academia. Dr. Carolin began their career as a PhD student at the University of Wuerzburg in 2006, where they focused on their research until 2008. Following this, they moved to the University of Duisburg-Essen, where they continued their PhD studies until 2010. Dr. Carolin then transitioned to industry and joined Vetter Pharma as a Process Engineer in October 2010. Dr. Rether steadily progressed within the company, first serving as a Team Lead for Technology & Process Transfer from April 2016 to September 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Technology & Process Transfer at Vetter Pharma.

Dr. Carolin Rether completed their education from 2000 to 2006 at The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg, where they obtained a Diplom degree in Chemistry.
