Oliver K.D. Watz has extensive work experience in various industries. Oliver K.D. started their career in 1989 as a Speditionskaufmann (Luftfracht) at THYSSEN HANIEL LOGISTIC INTERNATION GMBH. Oliver K.D. then worked as a Corporate Controller at Otto (GmbH & Co KG) from 1998 to 2000. From 2000 to 2002, they served as an M&A Consultant at DZ BANK AG. Oliver K.D. then joined Delton AG (Strategische Management Holding Stefan Quandt) as a Corporate Controller & Business Development from 2002 to 2004. Oliver later joined Pfizer and held various finance leadership roles, including Finance Lead Business Unit Primary Care Germany from 2009 to 2011, Finance Lead Business Unit Oncology Europe from 2007 to 2009, and Team Lead Planning & Analysis Germany from 2004 to 2007. Since 2011, Oliver has been working at Vetter Pharma, where they initially served as a Director Controlling from 2011 to 2014. Oliver K.D. currently holds the position of Vice President Controlling Business Partner & Performance Management. Most recently, they joined FREIsein-Bodensee in 2021 as a Coaching & Consulting professional.
Oliver K.D. Watz has a diverse education history. From 2021 to 2022, they pursued a Kontaktstudium in Coaching & Beratung at Akademie f. Wissenschaftliche Weiterbildung Pädagogische Hochschule Freiburg Dr. Christoph Röckelein. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2020, they obtained a degree in Systemisches Change Management from trainconsulting Wien. In 1994 to 1998, Watz attended the University of Applied Sciences Frankfurt am Main, where they earned a Diplom Betriebswirt (FH) in Betriebswirtschaft. Lastly, from 2006 to 2008, they completed a program at IMU Universität Mannheim under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Homburg, however, no specific degree was mentioned.
