Tilman Roedle has extensive work experience in various roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Tilman started their career at Müller Weingarten AG, where they worked as a Design Engineer and later as an International Project Manager in the automotive industry. In 2003, they joined Vetter Pharma as a Manager Technical Services and eventually took on the role of Director Packaging Development. Tilman then served as the Director Drug Delivery Systems, responsible for research and development in the pharmaceutical industry. In that role, they oversaw packaging and assembly processes, implemented automated inspection systems, and managed the production of various components. Roedle was also the Management Representative for the Quality Management System ISO 13485. Tilman later became the Director and Lead Expert in Drug Delivery Systems, where they led cross-functional teams in assessing collaboration options and potential business models.
Tilman Roedle obtained a Master's Degree in Materials Sciences and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Stuttgart, where they studied from 1987 to 1995.
