Helen's previous roles include Regional Director of Operations at Heritage Communities, Executive Director at Pemberly Place Assisted Living, and Administrator at Hillcrest Health Services. Moreover, Helen has been a member of the NCAL Board since 2010, contributing valuable insights to the field. Helen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Bellevue University.
