Peter Phelan is the Founder and CEO of ValuesCulture, a company specializing in data-driven organizational culture care, focused on attracting and retaining top talent while enhancing team performance. Since April 2016, Peter has built a reputation for facilitating successful placements and fostering empowering company cultures. Peter also serves as an advisor for several organizations, including Helpr, Dandi, and Leapsome, and plays an active role in the People/Talent community as a judge for the Transform Awards and an organizer for DisruptHR NYC.
