Tine Karlsen

Tine Karlsen is a co-founder and CEO of Vev, a collaborative visual editor for creating websites and digital content. In this role, they enable creative teams to explore new perspectives and collaborate freely, resulting in interactive websites and dynamic content. Tine started working at Vev in September 2016 and continues in this position.

Tine also worked as a project manager at Page Black Design Bureau from February 2017 to September 2017.

Prior to that, they served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Layup - by Cipio from February 2015 to June 2016. Tine was responsible for business development, proof of concept, product development, project management, and strategy for the Layup solution. Before that, they worked as a project manager for Layup from July 2013 to February 2015.

Tine's work experience also includes a role as a project assistant at ELIXIA Nordic ASA from April 2013 to September 2013. In this position, they implemented the Elixia Bonus program and handled marketing and event planning activities.

Additionally, Tine worked in the weekend sales and marketing team at Elixia from September 2011 to March 2012.

Before these roles, Tine started their career as an oppgjørsmedarbeider (closing agent) at Pluss garanti eiendom from 2009 to 2010.

Tine Karlsen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Kristiania University College, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, Tine attended Western Norway University of Applied Sciences in 2011, focusing on Idrett 1. Tine had also pursued studies in Culture Psychology at the University of South-Eastern Norway in 2010.
