Ulrik Topholm Jepsen has diverse work experience, starting in 2015 as a Sales Consultant with Media-invest A/S, where they sold phone and internet solutions. In 2016, they joined JP/Politikens Hus A/S as an Account Manager, responsible for account management. Ulrik Topholm later became a Key Account Manager, focused on key account management. Ulrik then moved to Viaplay Group in 2019 as an Agency & Client Manager. Ulrik Topholm co-owned Citymedia ApS from 2018 to 2022, managing the editorial team and overseeing site development. Currently, Ulrik works at Vev as the Head Of Sales, leading the sales team, managing budgets and growth, and creating sales strategies and processes. Ulrik Topholm also held the position of Account Executive at Vev.

Ulrik Topholm Jepsen completed their elementary school education at Søndermarksskolen from 1997 to 2007. After that, from 2007 to 2010, they pursued upper secondary education at Grindsted Erhvervsskole. Ulrik Topholm then enrolled at Erhvervsakademi Aarhus, where they completed their AP Marketing Management degree from 2011 to 2013. Following this, they pursued further studies at the same institution and obtained a PBA International Sales and Marketing Management degree from 2013 to 2015.
