Shawn Walther

Shawn Walther has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the professional services and business development sectors. Shawn is currently the Director of Professional Services & Support at VEXIS Systems, a position they have held since 2013. Prior to that, they worked as a Professional Services Manager at Enacomm from 2011 to 2013.

From 2008 to 2011, Shawn served as a Senior Manager of Business Development at Convergys, where they were responsible for system architecture and solutions development for government accounts. Shawn also played a role in social media solutions and initial customer conversations.

Before joining Convergys, Shawn worked at Intervoice from 2006 to 2008 as a Senior Manager of Business Development. Shawn was involved in solution reviews, mentoring, and internal training during their time there.

Shawn served as a Senior Manager, providing automation solution recommendations and responding to customers' proposals.
