Fairlyn Dy serves as the Supply Chain Team Lead at Vexos since March 2019, responsible for communication, negotiation, planning, procurement, and ensuring continuity of supply for assigned customers through the utilization of an ERP system. Fairlyn also trains and mentors team members while implementing continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain. Previously, Fairlyn held the position of Program Manager, managing customer needs during New Product Introduction cycles and overseeing project timelines. Prior experience includes a Planner/Buyer role at Celestica from August 1999 to March 2019, where leadership skills were demonstrated by supervising daily operations and managing a team. Earlier career experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Taco Bell, where daily operations of two high-volume stores were directed. Fairlyn is currently pursuing education at the University of Toronto while holding a degree in Computer Programming from George Brown College.
