Carl D. Kolts

Carl D. Kolts began their career in 1995 as Business Controller for UCAR International (formerly Union Carbide Corporation). In 1999, they were promoted to Business Manager Connex Systems at GrafTech International, where they were responsible for marketing, P&L, and all business aspects for a startup Internet-based consulting service. In 2005, they joined SGL Group as Director of Global Sales, managing sales, marketing, business development, and technical services for the company's second largest product line. Finally, in 2008, they became Vice President at VEXTEC Corporation, a predictive analytics and reliability engineering software and services company. During their tenure, they designed and implemented breakthrough sales strategies focused on exceeding customer expectations and expanded the company's product and service offerings.

Carl D. Kolts holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - The Lally School of Management, as well as a BS in Materials Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
