Brendan Regan

Brendan Regan is a seasoned software engineer with a robust background in audio and music software development. Currently a Senior Software Engineer at Veya since August 2019, Brendan previously held similar senior roles at Pro Sound Effects, where a sample library management application called Search was developed, and at oNotes, where an iOS companion app for a digital scent speaker was created alongside backend implementation using Amazon Web Services. As a founder of Psicada, LLC, Brendan developed Earhoof, an innovative iPad music software that gained significant recognition, including selection by Apple in its "Best New Apps" section. Earlier experience includes roles at iZotope, Inc. focusing on standalone applications and plugins, and at Ancient Labs, Inc. where a shareware MIDI sequencer was released. Brendan's career began at the McKnight Brain Institute as a Lab Assistant, supporting MRI coil testing. Brendan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Eastside High School.
