Katie Haylock is the Chief Product Officer at Veygo UK since October 2022. With a background in product management and ownership at companies like Legal & General, Legal & General Investment Management, Hodge Bank, and Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, Katie has extensive experience in designing online features and services based on customer insights and business objectives. With a strong focus on service design and coordination of product/feature owner teams, Katie ensures consistency across propositions and shapes future releases through product roadmap activities. Experienced in both Waterfall and Scrum management methodologies, Katie has managed multiple projects in parallel for IT and business changes. Additionally, Katie has a background in media and relationship management, with training from the BBC, and holds a Master of Arts degree in Advanced Studies in English Literature from Cardiff University.
