Tarun Thakur

Tarun Thakur is the CEO and Co-Founder of Veza, a company that specializes in data management. Tarun has a long history of working with data, dating back to their time at DataDomain where they were a Senior Manager of Product Management. In this role, they were responsible for managing the development and launch of new products.

In 2014, they co-founded Datos IO, which was later acquired by Rubrik in 2018. As the GM of Rubrik Database Products, they oversaw the development of data management products across all databases. Tarun then helped integrate Datos IO into Rubrik before moving on to their current role as CEO of Veza.

Tarun Thakur has an MBA from Duke University, with a concentration in strategy, marketing, and health sector management (HSM). Tarun also has a degree from the University of Minnesota in computer science. Tarun has a BE from Punjab Engineering College in EE, and they completed their high school education at St. John's High School.
