Aysha Shireen has been working in the professional world since 2016. In that year, they started their career as the Director of Organizational Development at AIESEC in Islamabad. In 2017, they took on two roles, one as an Intern at Fauji Cement Company Limited, where they developed their skills in modern marketing strategies and techniques, corporate intelligence, and organizational efficiency. Additionally, they were the Regional Director of International HR at AIESEC, where they were responsible for 220+ exchanges from Islamabad/Rawalpindi region to different countries around the globe and headed a team of 24 students. Aysha developed their skills in interviewing, interpersonal communication, presentation, team leadership, public relations, and people management. Currently, Aysha Shireen is a Technical Support Coordinator - Project Management at vFairs.

Aysha Shireen's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Bahria University, which they completed in 2018. Prior to that, they attended Army Public School and College System, where they completed their Intermediate in 2013. Aysha then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration - MBA at National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), which they completed in 2020.
