Hany Shehata has worked in various roles since 2012. Hany began their career at Airfare.com as an Agent, assisting customers with requests and booking flight tickets. In 2013, they moved to Centro Global Solutions as a Senior Sales & Customer Service Representative, where they were responsible for sales and customer service. In 2014, they took on a role as Technical Services Manager's Assistant at Initiatives of Change, supervising technical services interns and reporting to the technical services head of department. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at Bayt.com as a Sales Manager, managing the SME Team in Dubai, maximizing lead generation and closing ration, and minimizing loss of existing clients. In 2020, they became a Senior Account Executive SaaS at vFairs.

Hany Shehata obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Helwan University Cairo in 2012. Prior to that, Shehata attended Manor House School. In November 2010, Shehata obtained a certification from the Students' conference on communications and information-Cairo University.
