Matthew Glover

Matthew Glover has extensive experience as a managing director and founder of several companies in the UK. Recently, they served as the Managing Director of Veg Capital, a company dedicated to funding the plant-based food industry. In 2020, they also co-founded VFC, a plant-based food company that specializes in vegan fried chicken. Additionally, they were the Chairman of FIT Events Ltd, which organized a successful event for the UK window, door, and conservatory industry. Moreover, they were the Managing Director of Conservatory Outlet Ltd, a leading manufacturer of PVCu windows, doors, and conservatories. Before that, they started West Yorkshire Windows Ltd and served as its Managing Director for 15 years before exiting in 2009 to focus on growing Conservatory Outlet Ltd. In 2018, they invested in West Yorkshire Windows Ltd and became the majority shareholder in late 2019. In 2022 they founded Sentient Ventures VC, which supports companies that aim to remove farmed animals from food production systems to promote planetary healing and has a mission to provide a 3-5x return on investment.

Matthew Glover attended Silcoates School from 1983 to 1990. It is not known what degree or field of study they pursued during this time. In October 2019, they obtained a certification in LP Foundation from THE BRITISH PRIVATE EQUITY AND VENTURE CAPITAL ASSOCIATION.
